Rules
Please read and understand all of the following rules before
registering.
- Should any event
at BARGE be cancelled, even at the last minute, your
$30.00 membership fee will not be refundable.
- All fees mentioned above will be used to cover expenses or placed in
the BARGE, Inc. general fund.
- All events will be open to the public, and the No Limit Hold'em event will merge with Resorts World's regularly scheduled noon tournament. Only registered EMBARGO members are eligible for EMBARGO trophies.
- There is no specific maximum capacity for any of the tournaments; however,
if the host casino determines it must impose one, players will be admitted to
each tournament in order of their registration / suggestion of intent to play,
as recorded at secure.barge.org.
- By participating in BARGE, you will enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. Your participation indicates your consent to such photography, audio recording, and video recording, as well as the publication of same on websites, social media, or for any other purpose by BARGE Inc. and/or its representatives without compensation.
- EMBARGO tournaments are indoor events that may last for many hours in rooms with many people. As a result, participants may be exposed to the COVID-19 coronavirus. BARGE, Inc., and/or its vendors are not liable for claims arising from exposure to COVID-19. Accordingly, the Organizers and the Board of Directors strongly encourage that all EMBARGO 2022 attendees be vaccinated and boosted unless such is medically contraindicated. Please do not attend EMBARGO if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID. EMBARGO 2022 attendees will be required to be informed of and adhere to the host casino’s rules regarding COVID.
